A story of wire seals

Our first wiring harness order in the industry came from an iranian customer. After two months of negotiation, we received an order for 2,000 wiring harnesses.

We made the wire harness at 1:1 according to the customer's sample, and everything seemed to be going well. After all the orders were completed, during the final inspection, we found an issue with the wire seals, which were not sealing completely.

No problems had emerged during on-off testing and the order was scheduled to ship the next day, but our conscience told us that we could not deliver those goods.

So that afternoon, we went to the manufacturer of the wire seals to replace the connector seals, and then asked all the staff to stay and rework the 2000 wire harness.
